Check Out the Czech Republic!
The cobblestone streets of the Czech Republic are filled with fairytale castles and charming little shops. Majestic churches contribute to a picturesque skyline and are a testimony to the Czech Republic's rich Christian heritage. Today, however, most Czech people deny that God even exists.
Your life of integrity and service can be a powerful witness in this highly secularized nation. Join us in sharing Christ's love in the Czech Republic through teaching conversational English and other subjects in a high school or private language center. As you develop friendships with your students, you can make a difference through outreach activities such as youth clubs, sports, English corners, Bible studies and more!

Director's Notes
A note from our Central Europe Regional Director: The Czech Republic constantly amazes me in its beauty and opportunity. There are so many things to do and see. This fall, when I visited the Czech Republic, the Christmas markets were just starting to fill Old Town Square in Prague, and the chilly temperatures made me want to bundle up a little tighter. I was delighted to see our teachers involved in so many wonderful ministry opportunities. In Cheb, Czech Republic, 25+ students are involved in a city-wide English Club organized by our teachers. They play games, eat snacks, and enjoy conversation on all kinds of topics. There are discussion groups like this one popping up all across the country and students are delving into deeper issues through conversations they have with TeachOverseas teachers. Their excellent teaching, coupled with their love for students and colleagues, plant many seeds for Christ! If you are interested in serving a rich people and place, consider the Czech Republic!
